Exciting times ahead with Major Sponsor signing on in an action packed season

It is with great excitement that we can announce the huge support once again of Heytesbury Stockfeeds, who have come on board for another season. After what can only be described as an extremely challenging last season, Heytesbury Stockfeeds Simpson Speedway is gearing up to be a massive 10 race meetings.

With COVID restrictions finally easing allowing for 2 working bees and a third on the way tomorrow, the volunteers have been extremely busy ensuring the complex is ready to go.

There has been a multitude of jobs done around the complex from grounds keeping, improved networking capabilities, installing a new internal phone system to help streamline the administrative process on race nights and speaker system upgrade for the spectators.

There have been further improvements into the safety for our crash crew and infield volunteers with new safety suits, more concrete blocks on the infield with more still to arrive, as well as extending a change room for them all to have space to not only change, but to debrief after the meetings.

With track prep finally about to commence after a very long wet winter, we are looking forward to ripping the track and having it all ready to go for Saturday 4^th December as we host Rnd 1 of the Formula 500 Stampede Series, Rnd 1 of the Southern Speedcar Tour, Junior Formula 500’s and Super Rods.
